Customer Service (CS)
Our CS team functions as an interface between marketing/ customers to production. All requirements for customers at different stages, including mold developments, are coordinated and supported through NPD Department.
NPD Department
The NPD Department of Maheen Accessories Ltd. works together with the purchasing department, Customer Service (CS) team, Costing team, Molding Department, and Planning Department
Procurement Team
Our purchasing department often considers about seeking the goods or services our clients’ needs while offering them with a comfortable and reasonable price.
Maheen Design Center
Maheen Design Center is equipped with the required high-tech machines and equipment, for example CNC machines, EDM machines, Wire Cutting machines, Sanding & Milling machines, etc.
Molding Department
Our molding department works in conjunction with NPD team, Maheen Design Center and produces quality mold for each item with care and professionalism.
Copper Cutting Section
Maheen accessories Ltd. imports jumbo brass rolls of 305mm to 450mm and size it appropriately as per customers’ button size requirements. We care capable to supply any size button at any point of time.
Press Machine Section
The activity on this section begins with the design mould produced from Design Centre coupled with the copper size actually drawn in copper cutting section. Currently there are total 40 press machines to meet the demand of our valued customers.
Alloy Die Casting Section
Our Alloy Die Casting Section. All requirements for customers at different stages, including mold developments, are coordinated and supported through NPD Department.
Electroplating Section
Our electroplating activities bears utmost importance to consistently achieve desired colour, finish, and elegance of button production. We have five colour facilities with multiple chambered fully automized electroplating system to meet customers’ requirements.
Dyed-to-Match (DTM)
The choice of a button finish, either electroplated or DTM, depends largely on the designers who visualizes the end-user’s taste in advance and design their garments requirements and style
Auto Assembly & Finishing
We have auto assembly and finishing machines to reduce the jobs of hand assembly to join shanks with top or under parts, which helps for much faster output with no quality issues.
Quality Control (QC)
In order to deliver a high quality of goods and services, we, Maheen Accessories Ltd. has established our own QC department since our birth in 2018
Quality Assurance
The activity of this department begins with checking and inspecting all incoming raw materials, to its perfect specifications laid down by Maheen Accessories Ltd
Packaging Department
Packaging is the last step we do after manufacturing the buttons and the tests are all completed and passed. Our packaging department is responsible for proper storage and/or transportation of all our finished products.
